As a Reflexologist and Indian head Massage therapist, I’ve really enjoyed being back to work using my skills making a positive impact for my clients wellbeing and health. Many of us have faced additional stresses in recent months with the worries and anxiety that have come about from Coronavirus – this will almost certainly have had an adverse effect on both our bodies and minds.
I work observing the practices of strict infection control procedures and will ensure that I keep my client safe at all times whilst minimising the risk of spreading Covid-19 and other infectious diseases.
Hygiene and your safety is very importance in this profession, if there is anything you are unsure about please contact me to discuss.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a complementary, holistic therapy in which specific pressure is applied to your feet to assist your body to return to equilibrium and heal itself. Illness, stress, injury or disease can leave your body in a state of imbalance, causing inefficient functioning. Reflexology can restore and maintain your body’s natural balance and encourage healing.
What is Indian Head Massage?
Indian head massage is an ancient Ayurvedic healing practice, used in India for thousands of years. IHM focuses on your head, neck and shoulders and was originally used to improve scalp and hair condition. Using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck.
This seated treatment helps to boost circulation and drainage, and leaves you feeling very re-laxed and re-energised.
Currently available as a mobile therapist, you can enjoy your treatments in the comfort of my chair at home or in the garden on a warm sunny day.
