Now that lockdown has been lifted – my time on BBC Breakfast [helping the nation] is no longer needed. For now, at least (and here’s hoping it lasts) people can now move around more, get out in the fresh air and are beginning to get back to “the new normal” way of life.
So now I want to concentrate on those who can’t get out of doors… so I’m putting videos of my exercises on line….. with the website… “Keep Fit and Carry On.com”
What else?……I’ve also teamed up with the Daily Mail to deliver exercises several times per week to… “MAIL +” online.
And….I specially designed programmes of simple exercises for many of the national Care Home Groups….and locally the Bur-lington Care Home in Shepperton.
My favourite saying is, ‘Age is Mind over matter’ – and if you don’t mind – Age doesn’t matter! So…it’s never too late to help improve your fitness with some simple movements.
